Shipping Policy

Free Ground Shipping via USPS Priority Mail on all US orders- orders are shipped from our Stamford, CT warehouse. Standard ground shipping takes from two to seven days depending on the location of buyer.
Customer may request UPS next day air if customer is willing to pay additional shipping fee. Request for faster shipping should be submitted to [email protected]
 
Estimated time from order submission to order shipping- An order will ship within 5 to 10 days of receiving orders.

Tracking number is sent to your email, submitted at time of order, once your order has shipped from our warehouse.

Return Policy

We stand behind our ALL BLACK product and want the ALL BLACK consumer to feel 100% comfortable in dealing with our web site and our fashion footwear. Our return policy is:

1.Items returned must be in their unworn condition within the original shoe boxes within 30 days of receipt. We will not accept a returned item outside of the 30 day window, or one that is worn or altered in any way unless related to a warranty issue.
2.Free shipping returns on all full price items. Please send return request to [email protected] and request a return USPS label that will be emailed to you within the day request is received.
3.On reduced items, customer pays for return shipping, contact [email protected] for return address
4.Refund will be processed via credit to original payment method within 3 to 5 days of receiving the package
5.Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return
6.Refunds for items with a quality defect are handled on a case by case basis. Please send a picture of damage and explanation to [email protected]
